We operate with a team of over 80 specialists in a modern 6,000 m2 facility, utilizing cutting-edge technology (Bystronic CNC, robotic welding) to deliver complex metal solutions with speed and precision. Since 2006, we have been pioneers in Romania through our Stiltech brand of trench heaters.

ZENN - 80 CNC
CNC hydraulic press, of 80t. Controlled forming of cylindrical, conical or custom shapes. High repeatability for series production.

4-roll plate rolling machine. Rolling sheet metal of 3 to 6mm thickness. Working width up to 2050mm. Production of cylinders, cones and curved segments.

E-TURN 52-BLM
Fully electric multi-axis tube bending. High speed and exceptional accuracy. Perfect for complex geometries and high-volume production.
KUKA WELDING ROBOT
Automated MIG/MAG welding. High repeatability and stable weld quality. Ideal for complex assemblies and medium-to-large production volumes.
MIG-MAG WELDING MACHINE
Manual welding performed by skilled welders validated upon industry standards. Our welding stations are equipped with modern power sources that ensure arc stability, controlled heat input and excellent penetration, enabling the production of durable structural components, frames, brackets and complex assemblies.
LASER WELDING
Ideal for thin-gauge materials, stainless steel components and parts where visual appearance and dimensional stability are critical.
OPTIFLEX PRO-F-GEMA
Electrostatic powder coating. Uniform coverage and high transfer efficiency. Suitable for small and large components.
CG 455 / 2025 CURING OVEN-BRIO FRESH
